The Bean Cafe 16 Broadway Ave Palmerston North, this restaurant has 13 dishes that are gluten free. It is one of the best Asian fusion restaurants I have eaten at, their gluten free listings are as follows :
Lemon Chicken,Cashew Chicken (we will replace the normal soya sauce with gluten free soya sauce,Curry Rice, Pork Cutlet Rice, Kui Teaw Goreng (thick rice noodles again, we will use gluten free soya sauce),Mee Hun Goreng (thin rice noodles),Stir Fried Veges, vegetarian Claypot (rice noodles instead of egg noodles)

Tomato is a new cafe in Palmerston North,it’s got great atmosphere and friendly service with a bit of a kiwiana vibe. They are very gluten-free friendly. Only two items on their day menu can’t be gluten free and much of their evening food is based around pizzas which can be gluten free on request. All sausages are gluten free which is great. They don’t have any gluten free desserts on their menu yet but they are the new kids on the block and will be developing their menu.

This place has an amazing array of gluten free options. Including a whole breakfast and brunch menu – dedicated to gluten free foods. They also have many GF options of cabinet food: including slices, salads, risotto balls, rice cakes etc.
I have eaten here on numerous occasions – and its definitely worth visiting.
You can see a copy of their menu on their website – but you will have to pop in to see the cabinet range.
