We are an Artisan Organic Bakery based in Christchurch specialising in German style breads.

Our Organic Gluten Free range includes;

Buckwheat and Corn Bread
Gluten-free and yeast-free bread made from buckwheat and corn flours with a special gluten-free Backferment starter. A great all round bread fresh or toasted.

Cassava and Cassava Fruit Breads
Two delicious, moist gluten free breads. Naturally fermented and full sultanas, raisins and apricots, the fruit bread is especially popular with children. 

Corn Crackers
Crunchy and filling, these gluten free crackers are perfects for snacks, dips, lunchboxes and more.

We also bake a selection of low gluten and wheat free breads and crackers and have a Wheat Free Muesli.

Our products are distributed throughout New Zealand in speciality Organic stores, Health Food Shops, selected Supermarkets and at Nelson and Christchurch Arts Centre Farmers Markets.
