Biltong is a delicious tasting naturally cured, air dried beef snack. We also make air dried biersticks. All our products are free from preservatives, nitrites, dairy and gluten. They are 55% protein and 96% fat free.  Biltong can be used as a snack on it’s own, an addition to a anti pasti platter, pizza or pasta. Biltong does not require refrigeration therefore is very popular in the outdoors, i.e tramping, camping, fishing, boating, hunting and skiing. Please refer to our website for online ordering.
