Sick of tasteless and overpriced gluten free food? So are we, so we have done something about it. We only deliver delicious frozen gluten free food, ready to eat whenever you are. Now you can get all your gluten free grocery needs in one simple place.

We are also sick of spending money trying expensive gluten free food that tastes terrible. So if it’s not delicious, we don’t sell it.
We have collected the most delicious gluten free recipes and ideas, and now you can fill your pantry and freezer with some of the most delicious GF food in New Zealand. We only sell products that we are proud to eat ourselves, or sell you products from other New Zealand suppliers that we love.
We would love your idea’s, feedback and suggestions so we can continue to develop and tailor our food to the gluten free needs of New Zealand.
All our products are hand made from scratch so expect slight variations in weight and appearance. No added preservatives and no artificial colouring.
Why Frozen?
For most people on gluten free diets the freezer is their best friend. Gluten free products don’t last as long as their wheat based counterparts, at least without a lot or preservatives and other nasties. The vast majority of our products have no preservatives and are therefore kept frozen so they stay fresh.
Because our products are frozen on the day of production they taste just as fresh when they are defrosted as the day they are made. One of our tricks is to pop frozen muffins and cakes into the kid’s lunchboxes so they are defrosted and fresh to eat by lunch time.
Other Allergens and Special Orders
Often other allergies and intolerances accompany a gluten free diet. All our products are wheat free and gluten free but we also stock vegetarian, dairy free, soy free, nut free, yeast free, sugar free and egg free. Look in the more info box in our shop items.

Just amazing! Such light tasty bread.
The christmas cake I got from there was perfect, no one in my family realised it was gluten free.
I tried their lemon slice the other day, and it couldn’t be better if it had gluten in it. My kids are addicted to their chocolate brownies, which I have yet to try.
