Grouchos is a funky retro cafe, focusing strongly on providing many Gluten-Free options. Where possible we use Free-Range, Organic & Fair Trade products, with nutrition & health being a strong focus. We offer a range of gluten-free salads, homemade gluten-free cakes, gluten-free chicken, spinach & mushroom wraps, buckwheat & linseed pancakes, flaxseed waffles and a selection of gluten-free toasted sandwiches.
We’re opened Monday to Friday 7.30-5.00pm & Saturday 9am-2pm.
