All pizzas available gluten free, they are very careful about the handling of the food to stop cross contamination.

excellent to have a fast food option now. A couple of others have also run with gluten free bases, but sadly these chains have now disappeared :(
Hopefully with a larger chain - like Hell’s - the gluten free option might be round a little longer.
Only disappointment is that the pizza’s are getting greasier and greasier…or maybe it is just the maker being overly enthusiastic with the cheese smirk

My daughter (11yrs) had a takeaway GF pizza from Hell and claimed it to be excellent. No nasty after-effects so we are pretty sure they do a good job to avoid cross contamination.

Hell’s gluten free pizzas are a great convenient option to have. If you’re worried about too much cheese or greasiness, go for Sinister (vegan) - that’s my favourite!

Their new GF garlic bread is fantastic!

Be careful though, and explictly explain that gluten cant be tolerated as I know depending on the location and staff, they can be less than careful with cross-contamination :( Some people just dont understand the after effects…

Hi so is there pizza sauce totally gluten free?

Posted by Kate  on  29/03/10  at  12:19 PM

I always avoid any sauces as I don’t trust any sauce unless I prepare it myself.  I have found that something in the pizza still reacts negatively and that is without sauce and seasonings.
