Going to this restaurant with my partner (who is a coeliac) was a really good experience. Their gluten free selection was not the largest, as they had just changed the menu, phasing out some things. There were no gluten free starters, but we found the one gluten free entree to be delectable. The mains were…interesting. We had to wait a long time, due to there being a function going on, and they weren’t that amazing when they got to us. My meal, pork with kumara chips and salads had been dripped in not-so-good soy sauce (all gluten free). My partner’s meal was duck with lentils was apparently quite good, but the duck wasn’t that great (gluten free). I’m not sure if it was meant to taste like that, if it was stress from all the people in the function, or because they had just changed their menu. Overall, though, it was a very good experience. The staff were extremely friendly, the service was amazing; letting me sneak in a gluten free cake before we arrived (thank you for the recipe Teresa!) and bringing it out when I signaled. Kind of pricy for the quality of the mains, but I was fine with it. I vote yes to going.

The menu clearly shows the gluten free options - the ribeye steak and hand cut chips were delicious! I am also dairy free and that was no problem, they could tell me what on the menu they could adjust, just like it was an everyday thing. Our mains were late $20s to early $30s pricing wise but it was a lovely night out. The restaurant is inside the hotel so just head for the lift and up to level 7. The view and food was great! Win/win for all one could say.
