Recently visited Kerikeri and enjoyed a fresh raw vegetable salad. If at all possible I would love to try this salad at home would you be prepared to share the recipe.

Our family always stops here on our way up north as we can be guaranteed of finding something GF for our daughter. Almost everything is gluten free, and the little courtyard is a nice place to take a break from travelling.
