Open Tuesday and Wednesday 9.00am – 4.00pm, Thursday to Saturday 9.00am – 8.00pm.

Owners Sean & Kate Barnes state “Our mission is to provide people living a gluten-free lifestyle with all the old favourites that they so often have to miss out on. So as well as our delivered products, we also run The Goodness Of Food Café in Carterton, serving up a wide variety of hearty and delicious meals.

You’ll find delights like battered fish & chips, pizza, corn fritters, French toast, pancakes, mince pies, doughnuts, lamingtons, cheesecakes and more- see the full menu on their website.

Not only is our food the best gluten free food in the country, it is just as tasty as the gluten-filled originals that you find in other establishments… so by all means, send your gluten-free friends to us, but make sure you come along for the great food, great coffee and friendly service as well!
