The *BEST* GF bread ever. I think I’ve tried all flavours now and I love them all but my favourite is carrot & fennel. I can’t get enough of this stuff!
It has everything from texture to taste. It even looks great. It behaves like a normal bread - not crumbly, not dry, not tasteless… I’m in love :D
BTW it’s also available at the Paraparaumu Beach Markets on Saturday mornings, and in Common Sense Organics in P’ram (more expensive there though).

I love throughbread & find it the best bread I have eaten in the last 10 years of being gluten free. However as I have other food allergies & am having more health problems & would like to know the other ingredients.
I have been enjoying the linseed & sesame loaf.
Many thanks for making such a difference to our lives.
