We are also sick of spending money trying expensive gluten free food that tastes terrible. So if it’s not delicious, we don’t sell it.

We have collected the most delicious gluten free recipes and ideas, and now you can fill your pantry and freezer with some of the most delicious GF food in New Zealand. We only sell products that we are proud to eat ourselves, or sell you products from other New Zealand suppliers that we love.

We would love your idea’s, feedback and suggestions so we can continue to develop and tailor our food to the gluten free needs of New Zealand.

All our products are hand made from scratch so expect slight variations in weight and appearance. No added preservatives and no artificial colouring.

Why Frozen?
For most people on gluten free diets the freezer is their best friend. Gluten free products don’t last as long as their wheat based counterparts, at least without a lot or preservatives and other nasties. The vast majority of our products have no preservatives and are therefore kept frozen so they stay fresh.

Because our products are frozen on the day of production they taste just as fresh when they are defrosted as the day they are made. One of our tricks is to pop frozen muffins and cakes into the kid’s lunchboxes so they are defrosted and fresh to eat by lunch time.

Often other allergies and intolerances accompany a gluten free diet. All our products are wheat free and gluten free but we also stock vegetarian, dairy free, soy free, nut free, yeast free, sugar free and egg free. Look in the more info box in our shop items.

Sugar Plum is a small retail Patisserie located on Devonport Wharf.

We have some yummy Gluten free Brownies, Louise Slice, Lemon and Raspberry Friands, Gluten free fudge, Pineapple and Almond Cake and Gluten Free Hot Chocolate. We also do Gluten free birthday cakes

Unfortunatley we do produce wheat based products and although every care is taken with our products - if you are super sensitive please be aware that there may be traces of wheat based products

ELoCIN Specialty Foods is a food manufacturing company specialising in the production of gluten free foods. We operate out of a purpose built, totally gluten free kitchen based in Warkworth.

Nicole, the owner of ELoCIN Specialty Foods, is an allergy sufferer herself, so understands the needs of those with an allergy or intolerance to foods. Often when following a restrictive allergy diet it becomes boring, with so little choice available. At ELoCIN Foods we have tried to introduce as much normality - and a little excitement - back into gluten free diets with products such as pastas, breads, biscuits, baking mixes and even ice cream cones, with many products also dairy free.

All ELoCIN Foods products are made the old fashioned way - from scratch and by hand. We take pride in the high quality “home-made” style goodies that we make here at ELoCIN Foods.

Amzonia specializes in the importation and distribution of Latin American Products though namely Brazilian.

We have realised the demand for Gluten free products in New Zealand and currently stock several items which we are certain all New Zealanders will love.
