Gluten Free living

It tastes sensational!!!! you can make it as you would a pizza base then place what you dont need in the freezer and cook later. You can add herbs,more cheeses,Chocolate,dates,apricots,Guava Paste or whatever you like. It is traditionally eaten in Brazil as an appetizer which you stuff with roast Pork,Beef, or chicken. The different ways to prepare it are entirely up to you.

High-protein (18gms per bar), No wheat, gluten or dairy. Low glycemic (40%/30%/30% carbohydrate, protein and fat to keep blood sugar stable). Vegan. Trans fat free and there are no artificial alcohol sugars. They have a non-melt convenience, so great to take anywhere, and are safe for children. The best thing is that they taste authentic! My favourites were the chocolate brownie and berry almond crunch, yum!

As a former gluten addict, I say these are great, straight from the pack, or warmed and dusted with icing sugar with a small dollop of yoghurt or cream, they make a great desert
