I have used this pastry twice and have no problems with it - I dusted my work surface with rice flour and kept it cold and used a cold rice flour dusted marble rolling pin and we love it - we are all Gf and dairy free so pastry is a real treat - made some yum sausage rolls!

These sound absolutely delicious. And I love that they are non GMO. I wish I could find them online,  do you have a link?

So glad I stumbled across this site. smile

I bought 1 box and went home and made the bread, easy indeed.  Our son who has just recently been diagnosed as Gluten free, came home and did the taste test, he loved it
Went back and bought a whole bunch of boxes.
Easy to make, none of my loaves have fault as yet, and best of all.  You can make sandwiches for the lunch box from this bread.

The sesame and sunflower seeds add to its yummy taste, and although its firm it isn’t stodgy or heavy. Soy-Free as well.

These biscuits were delicious, and gone within a matter of hours. Even the wheat eaters in our house enjoyed them. Great with a cup of tea, sweet but not over the top, and should satisfy the chocolate cravings. Perfect for when Gluten Free guests drop by for a coffee, or when you need to take something along to a picnic and haven’t had the chance to prepare. They sell at a very affordable price for Gluten Free, around the $3.30 mark.

This is quite a nice light fluffy gluten free bread. I can even say that I used it for sandwiches in the first couple of days after opening, without toasting! Just nicely warmed is perfect. I quite rate this, and at $5.99 for a loaf (Net 620g), slightly cheaper than others in the gluten free range.

Tasty, light, crispy, and no one would ever know it was gluten free. Taste and texture are just like the ‘real thing’. This packet was gone in 1 day. Also available in chocolate cream and vanilla cream.
