I like this as much as the original, though as with most gluten free breads it is better toasted, but you can heat it for a few seconds in the microwave and it is nicer. Pity it is not stocked so much in my area, I get several loaves/variates. Liberte now does a grain one which I adore !!!
Appreciate the straight forward ingredient list on the back and natural ingredients

I don’t like this bread. It is OK toasted but falls apart way too easily and if I eat more than 2 slices at a sitting I get a bloated gut again.
I prefer Liberte gluten free breads (if I can find them as they are not stocked as much)
So most times still go witout

What a great product! I don’t usually buy breadcrumbs as I’ve found just crumbling gluten free bread myself has always been sufficient, but this product takes it to another level. I made a type of macaroni cheese the other night and sprinkled these breadcrumbs on top as well as extra cheese and popped it under the grill, my goodness the whole family were raving and demanding seconds. Can’t wait to try it again as a coating for fresh fish.
It’s also full of yummy seeds so you get the added bonus of all those good omega oils.

It tastes sensational!!!! you can make it as you would a pizza base then place what you dont need in the freezer and cook later. You can add herbs,more cheeses,Chocolate,dates,apricots,Guava Paste or whatever you like. It is traditionally eaten in Brazil as an appetizer which you stuff with roast Pork,Beef, or chicken. The different ways to prepare it are entirely up to you.
