I can’t buy the San Remo gluten free because I’m allergic to soy as well as coeliac.  I think there is a con with the pasta.

Cons:

It contains one of the common allergens (soy)

I wish I could try it but I can’t.  I’ll stick to Orgran.  I personally think they’re unbeatable!!

Would just like to add that Dominoes Pizza also do Gluten Free bases now and also clearly mark on their menus which topping selections are gluten free. Perfect!

Hi, I bought a loaf of your soy and linseed bread last week at New World New Lynn. It is very tasty, but every single slice has crumbled and can only be used as bread crumbs. I suspect something went wrong with your recipe.

Cheap, light and fluffy when cooked up, my husband loves this too, really easy and heaps of recipe alternatives on their website… like the gorgeous corn fritters we had last week.  Can buy online or in supermarkets (New World and Woolworths at least)

It tastes sensational!!!! you can make it as you would a pizza base then place what you dont need in the freezer and cook later. You can add herbs, more cheeses,Chocolate, dates, apricots,Guava Paste or whatever you like. It is traditionally eaten in Brazil as an appetizer which you stuff with roast Pork,Beef, or chicken. The different ways to prepare it are entirely up to you.
