Have only just got the book but everything I have baked so far has tasted amazing.
Love being able to have pastry things again.
Its great having photos with each recipe.
The instructions are very clear and there are little tips to help you along or give variations to the recipes.
The flour blends are easy to make and I found the flours at my local supermarket.
Good value for the number and variety of recipes the book has.

I came across these sausages at the Birkenhead Farmers Market. After speaking with the Italian producer Luca, he told me about the ingredients they use ie uncaged pigs, natural herbs and spices etc and the no gluten, no preservatives or additives.

What a great product! I don’t usually buy breadcrumbs as I’ve found just crumbling gluten free bread myself has always been sufficient, but this product takes it to another level. I made a type of macaroni cheese the other night and sprinkled these breadcrumbs on top as well as extra cheese and popped it under the grill, my goodness the whole family were raving and demanding seconds. Can’t wait to try it again as a coating for fresh fish.
It’s also full of yummy seeds so you get the added bonus of all those good omega oils.

Trans fat free and there are no artificial alcohol sugars. They have a non-melt convenience, so great to take anywhere, and are safe for children. The best thing is that they taste authentic! They are good with sweet or savoury toppings.
The kids like them.
