Corn Cruskits- Just like regular Cruskits but gluten-free
Pros
These make a pleasant change from rice crackers.
They are good with sweet or savoury toppings.
The kids like them.
Same price as regular Cruskits.
No scary ingredients - just maize and salt.
Cons
They get soggy in lunchboxes as the day goes on.
What on earth do they do to the corn to make it into Cruskits?
Bottom Line
We don’t eat a lot of processed food usually, but these are very handy to have in the cupboard for when the kids are hungry and I haven’t got any bread in the house. They taste just like regular Cruskits.
Ingredients
Maize

Be careful, they have trace amounts of gluten from cross-contamination and my son reacts.

Just got some of those today and wondered the same thing on how they bind together. Rather nice though and kidlet liked them and for once something was a resonable price. Might get more.
