Review

It is what it says it is - a basic plain batter mix suitable for pancakes etc, also would be great to batter fish etc

Pros

Cheap, light and fluffy when cooked up, my husband loves this too, really easy and heaps of recipe alternatives on their website… like the gorgeous corn fritters we had last week.  Can buy online or in supermarkets (New World and Woolworths at least)
