Gluten free cocoa coated puffed rice

Pros

Tasty, sweet and crunchy - very similar to infamous kids cereal, Cocoa Pops. These are fantastic, my son who can also eat wheat, didn’t really notice too much of a difference and has been bugging me all day to have them for breakfast again tomorrow. They are also don’t contain any artificial colours or sweetners. Gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and soy free. Another bonus, is that it’s made right here in New Zealand!

Cons

Not as ‘puffy’ as the glutinous varieties, also those that have allergies to nuts will need to avoid this product as peanuts and tree nuts also processed on the same site.

Bottom Line

This is a great product that I would happily buy again. I’ve always loved Hubbards cereals and am really pleased they have gone the distance to produce a yummy new range of gluten free products. When bought on special at Pak n Save, it was in a similar price range to glutinous varieties.
