Review
Gingernut cookies that you can dunk in your coffee. I have seen them at Countdown and at Woolworths in whangarei.
Pros
Tastes a bit like the real thing
Cons
Can’t think of anything, apart from being moreish.
Bottom Line
Nice for a treat.
Ingredients
gf flour of tapioca, chickpea, potato and rice. Raw sugar, treacle, vegetable shortening (Palm oil, antioxidant (vit e), ginger powder, golden syrup, guar gum, xanthan gum and sodium bicarbonate, salt.

no wont buy the biscuits because
of the xantham gum and the guar gum, am alergic
to them.If you get simerly biscuits with that
stuff may have a look,but will have to
be wheat glutin and dairy and nut free,
no preservatie, of fruit, bye for now

Yes have bought these. Expensive for what you get, but then thats GF for you. Very nice biscuit.
