Review
An organic gluten free bread, Bakeworks most popular loaf! Liberte Original is Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soy & Egg Free. Liberte Original is Sandwich Sliced. Produced in a bakery handling egg, dairy, nuts and soy products.
Pros
Liberte Original is made using only natural organic gluten free ingredients. It tastes fantastic and made for terrific french toast as it sucked up the egg really well! It was really moist and didn’t crumble at all. I imagine that this would be really popular with children. Even after 3 days of an open packet, the bread was still in really good condition.
Also suitable for those with egg, dairy and soy allergies.
Cons
Personally I like a bit more substance to my bread, so would go for the wholemeal or grain sustain options that Bakeworks offer in their range.
Also, although I really like the new look and feel of the packaging, it would be great if the bags could be resealable.
Bottom Line
I really enjoyed eating this bread, in fact I’ve now been officially converted to the Bakeworks range!

I like this, though as with most gluten free breads it is better toasted, but heat it for a few seconds in the microwave and it is nicer. Pity it is not stocked so much in my area, I get several loaves/variates.
Appreciate the straight forward ingredient list on the back and natural ingredients
