Crepes, crepes and more crepes!
Pros
The crapes were fluffy, moist and only required a few minutes to be warmed up in the frying pan.
Freezed well.
Once topped with lemon & sugar they tasted divine, just like the real thing!
Cons
Only 6 crepes in a packet (would have loved more of them)
Bottom Line
YUM!

Water, maize starch, pasteur isedegg, milk powder, canoloa il, soylithin, raising agent (500,541), salt, preservative (calcium iumprop iotec (282)), guargum.

Try our Pancake Mix, you just add egg and milk and at $10.50 for a kilo it is very good value. People who use it have used egg replacer and also soy, depending on their allergies, with equally good results. You can roll the pancakes and make crepes if you want.

I agree completely. Great pancakes. 30 seconds in the microwave is all that is needed. I have used them with both sweet and savoury fillings.
