Review
“Take the nutritional value of a protein bar, take a good old fashioned handmade cookie, add it all together and you have ‘The Protein Cookie’. An economical lunch replacer! Keeps you satisfied until dinner - for the same price as a cup of coffee.
Pros
High Protein (min 23%)
Low Carbs
Low Trans Fats
No added sugar
High Fibre
High Calcium
Wheat and Gluten Free
Strong raspberry flavour
Cons
Weird, disgusting and artifical tasting, are the first things that come to mind. This is not your usual biscuit but really is for those requiring a high protein diet such as athletes, dieters, and people on the go. It has a soft texture which I wasn’t expecting and didn’t really enjoy to be honest.
I’m not a fan and I would not buy these, but I can understand where they would fit into the lifestyles of certain people.
Contains: Egg, Milk, Soy and Nuts.
Bottom Line
Only for those requiring a high protein, low carb diet. Personally I’d rather eat a banana to fill me up or some nuts - cheaper too.

Anything with chocolate…I’m in. Seriously though, protein bars has gone along way from being cardboard meals. But you still need to look at the labels for ingredients.
