Sugar Plum’s Ginger Cookie

Review
What a fantastic little cookie! I really like the fact that it both looked and tasted like home baking. The ingredients were recognisable and the ginger taste was there but wasn’t overpowering. It didn’t crumble at all and had quite a nice texture.
Pros
All the good stuff is right there in the review! But also at Sugar Plum only gluten free products are made, therefore ensuring that their products are completely safe for every level of gluten intolerance.
Cons
Although I really did enjoy this cookie, I think I would have preferred it if the cookie was a softer texture. I’m probably just being fussy though.
Another thing to note is that it does contain egg, dairy products and may contain traces of nuts.
Bottom Line
Yum, I love them! Can’t wait to try the rest of their range. In my opinion, they really have mastered the art of gluten free baking!
