Venerdi Ancient Multi Grain is a gluten free and dairy free bread.
This bread can be eaten without toasting when it is fresh. It’s flavour is pleasant and its texture very good for a gluten free bread.
I find this bread very easy to eat and the first bread in a long time that makes me look forward to lunch rather than dreading it.
An excellent gluten free bread.
White rice, brown rice, water, whole grains 8% (Buckwheat, Quinoa, Amarynth, Chai), Rice syrup, Palm oil, Sea salt, Vegetable Gum, Yeast.
