Easy Waffles ›

Have you got a waffle iron hiding in the back of the cupboard? Dust it off and make these easy waffles, great with jam or maple syrup for breakfast, peanut butter and jam for lunch, or fruit and ice-cream for dessert.
I make a double batch of these on Sunday mornings and freeze the leftovers to pop in the toaster as they are needed during the week - they make an easy brekkie with fruit and yogurt that the kids just love.

A Christmas favourite in our house. These can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone. The end product may be a bit crumblier than gluten containing pies, but they still taste delicious.

This spread is great for bread and toast or fold it into whipped cream and serve with slices of fruit, or meringues for dessert. Yum.

This is divine!  It is an old recipe that I got out of one of my Grandmothers old cookbooks.  It is really easy to make and tastes wonderful.
