Delicious GF Cupcakes! ›

The yummiest, moistest cupcakes you’ll have since you went GF.

Not my recipe, but found it here:

So good, recently made for a kid’s birthday party and was asked for the recipe without people realising they were gluten free!  Also, no butter in the recipe reduces potential guilt trips!  Nonetheless, remain moist and delicious for several days after baking (if in airtight container).

Easy Waffles ›

Have you got a waffle iron hiding in the back of the cupboard? Dust it off and make these easy waffles, great with jam or maple syrup for breakfast, peanut butter and jam for lunch, or fruit and ice-cream for dessert.
I make a double batch of these on Sunday mornings and freeze the leftovers to pop in the toaster as they are needed during the week - they make an easy brekkie with fruit and yogurt that the kids just love.

Yes, it’s not a typo, this is a cake made in a mug…the dangerous thing is it only takes 3-3 1/2 minutes in the microwave!

Apple Tart ›

This is not your normal apple tart. The healthy date, nut crust allows you to indulge without guilt or compromising flavor (and of course it’s gluten free). It takes no time to prepare, and will please and satisfy anyone who loves apple pie.

Christmas Fruit Mince Pies ›

A Christmas favourite in our house. These can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone. The end product may be a bit crumblier than gluten containing pies, but they still taste delicious.
