I also tried this recipe with a dusting of icing sugar instead of chocolate icing, and I didn’t have quite enough sugar for 2 cups so used about 1 1/2… It was delicious! All my non-coeliac friends loved it too. Would definitely recommend!

Try coating them in ograns rice breadcrumbs, great !!!!
