Baked Garlic Parmesan Chips

Ingredients
6 Med Potatoes
6T Butter
1/2t Garlic Powder
2T Dried Parsley
1/4C Potato Starch Flour
1/2C Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 220oC. Peel or wash the potatoes. Cut lengthwise into 1cm wide strips. Rinse and drain well. Place the butter in a shallow baking pan. Place in the oven to melt. Remove from oven. In a plastic bag, combine garlic powder, parsley, flour and the grated parmesan cheese, shaking to mix. Add about 1/4 of the potato strips and shake to coat. Remove the coated potatoes, gently shaking off the excess coating and place in the baking pan with the butter. Continue with the remaining potatoes. Bake for 25-35 mins or until golden brown. Do not turn the fries during baking.

Can anyone tell me if potato starch flour is the same as potato flour?
