Banana Millet Porridge

Ingredients

175g Millet Flakes
225ml Soya, Rice, Almond, or Skim Milk
225ml Water

1-2T Flaxseed Oil - optional
4T Raisins
2T Ground Almonds
1T Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
2 Bananas, peeled and sliced
1T Honey

Method

Mix the flakes, milk and water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the flaxseed oil (if using), raisins, almonds and seeds. Spoon into bowls and serve topped with sliced banana and honey.
