Bolognese Pasta Bake

This pasta bake makes for a great winter comfort food that anyone can enjoy and is great accompanied with a simple salad or some nice steamed veges.
Ingredients
250g gluten free penne pasta
500g lean beef mince
500g jar tomato pasta sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
2. Cook pasta in salted water until tender then drain and set aside
3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add mince and cook, stirring to break up any lumps, until browned. Add sauce and simmer for 5 minutes then remove from heat
4. Combine pasta, meat sauce and half of the mozzarella in a bowl, spoon into a large pie dish and use the back of a spoon to press down. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until mozzarella browns
