Our three children enjoyed these, especially when the crepes were filled with chocolate spread! Bon appetit!
Ingredients
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup flour (we used the Simple Baking Mix)
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Method
Combine ingredients in order given, in a food processor or blender. Pour a measured quantity ( approx 2 tablespoons)into a small, smooth surfaced well sprayed or buttered pan. Immediately tilt pan so batter covers bottom in a thin film. When batter no longer looks wet in the centre, ease edge of crepe from pan and turn carefully. Cook second side without necessarily browning it. Remove from pan and fill with filling of your choice.
Filling suggestions;
- chocolate spread
- banana and yoghurt
- make savoury by adding vegetables and a sauce

These are great! It take just a minuet to mix together, they are great for lunches as a wrap or add some sugar and less salt and use them as a desert. I make them with soy-milk and they tast great!
