Feijoa Cake

A deliciously fruity and moist cake for all to enjoy.
Ingredients
200g Softened Butter
3/4 cup White Sugar
4 Eggs
2 cups Feijoa Pureed
1 cup Warmed Milk
1tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 cups GF All Purpose Flour
1 cup Healtheries Ground LSA (Linseed, Sunflower, Almond)
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Method
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs beating in one at a time. Add in pureed feijoa and mix.
Dissolve baking soda in warmed milk and mix into batter.
Add all the dry ingredients and fold into the mix until smooth.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celcius for 20-30 minutes. Time varies depending on how large you make the cake. This mix will make 2 medium cakes or one large cake.
To serve dust with icing sugar or drizzle with a lemon icing.

I am going to try this cake as I have access to lots of feijoa.
