A light, easy to make bread. You can substitute the flours if you prefer a darker or tastier bread, just make sure you end up with 325g of any flour combination. 3 or more flours produce the best results…
Ingredients
3 Large Free Range Eggs mixed with lukewarm water to fill a measuring jug to 1 3/4Cups
4T Butter melted
1t Cider Vinegar
225g Rice Flour
75g Potato Flour
25g Tapioca Flour
65g Dried Milk Powder
1T Sugar
1T Xantham/Guar Gum
1 1/2t Salt
1 x 8g Sachet of Elfin Instant Dry Yeast
Method
Place all the wet ingredients into the bread bucket, followed by the dry ingredients, except the yeast. Sprinkle the yeast evenly over the top. Select the Basic Rapid mode option with a medium brown crust. NB: Some bread makers may required you to mix the ingredients together.
