Gluten Free Self Raising Flour

Ingredients
2T Potato Flour
Rice flour to make it up to 1 cup
1/2t Baking Soda
1/2t Cream of Tartar
1t Xanthan Gum/Guar Gum/Pre-Gel Starch
Method
Combine together for use.

I’m pretty new to Gluten Free cooking, but boy am I addicted! So far I’ve only attempted cakes, but today I made sausage rolls and pies.
