Millet, Fruit & Nut Muesli

Ingredients

100g Millet Flakes
25g Chopped mixed nuts
50g Raisins
50g Dried Apricots, Prunes, or dates chopped
25g Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
25g Sunflower Seeds
25g Linseeds

Method

Put the millet and nuts into a frying pan and cook over a gentle heat, stirring frequently, for 2-3 mins until they begin to colour. Tip them into a bowl and leave to cool for 10 mins. Add the dried fruit, coconut and seeds and mix together. Store in a jar or bowl for up to 1 week. Serve with either juice, milk, or milk alternative.
