Museli with Apple and Sultanas

Ingredients
175g Mixture of Millet Flakes, Buckwheat Flakes and Rice Flakes
300ml Soya, Rice, or Almond Milk
2T Sultanas
2T Ground Linseeds/Sunflower/Pumpkin Seeds
2T Honey
2T Lemon Juice
2 Apples Grated
Method
In a large bowl, mix together the flakes, sultanas and ground linseeds. Cover and leave for at least 2 hrs (preferably overnight) in the fridge. Stir in the honey, lemon juice and grated apple. Serve.
