Porridge

A filling porridge for a winter morning.
Ingredients
2 parts millet cereal
1 part quinoa flakes
1 part brown rice flakes
1 part chia (whole or ground)
Method
Mix together and store in an airtight container.
Use 1/4 cup porridge and mix with water or milk to cook as you would porridge.
Top with LSA, honey, and or milk and enjoy!
Try stores that specialise in gluten free or organic goods, I buy mine from Moore Wilson’s or Commonsense Organics. Some supermarkets sell them.
Particularly delicious if you add a little milk (dairy or other) before you cook the porridge. Also lovely with a sprinkling of Rapadura and cinnamon mix instead of the honey.

Hi,
Where can I find the Chia and Quinoa flakes? I have never heard of them before and this recipe sounds great!!
I havn’t look at my supermarket yet, are they in a special section there?
