Prosciutto Roll Ups

This dish is great for entrees or hors d’oeuvre. You can in fact use any ingredient you like for the roll up.

Ingredients

Slice of Prosciutto
Chunks of Brie, Camerbert, or plain Cream Cheese

Method

Roll chunks of cheese up in prosciutto slices and serve.
