Quinoa Cranberry Pumpkin Seed Breakfast

Ingredients
1/2C Quinoa
1C Water
1/4C Raisins
1/4C Dried Cranberries
1/4C Pumpkin Seeds (or almons or coconut)
1t Cinnamon
Apple Juice to taste
Method
Bring the first 5 ingredients to the boil and simmer for 15-20mins until all the water is absorbed. Add the cinnamon and apple juice to taste.
