Spiced Apple Porridge

Ingredients
225ml Apple Juice
1/2t Ground Cinnamon
25g Millet Flakes
Greek Yoghurt
Method
Put the apple juice, cinnamon and millet flakes into a saucepan, bring to the boil and then simmer gently until the flakes absorb the juice and the mixture becomes thick and creamy. Serve with the yoghurt and fresh fruit if you prefer.
