Yeast Free Bean Flour Pizza Base

Ingredients
1/4C Bean Flour
1/2C Tapioca Flour
1/2C Brown Rice Flour
1/4C Rice Flour
1t Baking Powder
1/4t Salt
1/4C Oil
1/4C Milk or Milk Substitute
Method
Preheat oven to 200oC. Combine flours, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. In another bowl mix the oil and milk together. Add to the dry ingredients and mix well. On an oiled baking tray, cover the dough with plastic wrap and using a rolling pin, spread mixture out to form an 10-12 inch circle. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Remove crusts from oven and top with pizza sauce and your favourite toppings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 9-10 minutes or until crust is crisp and lightly browned and cheese has melted.
Makes 1 Family Size Pizza.
