The Gluten Free Food and Allergy Show returns

At the show you will get the chance to sample and buy foods and products suitable for a gluten-free or allergy-friendly lifestyle. Also advice from leading experts including Allergy New Zealand, The Asthma Society, Dietitian Anna Richards and Dr Rodney Ford, the Gluten Expert. Allergy-friendly and gluten-free cooking demonstrations will be running throughout the day. Dates for the show are:
Auckland:    23rd - 24th May, ASB Showgrounds
Christchurch:  3rd - 4th October, Christchurch Conference Centre
