I am a journalist/editor doing some research for a training course on special dietary needs (including gluten free) designed to teach food service staff how to handle the needs of customers with special requirements better. I am new to eating GF and have a fairly good handle on what I can safely eat as far as all fresh foods go. While shopping today I’ve had difficulty trying to figure out which seeds and nuts are safe. I want to be able to get almonds, peanuts,cashews, also sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Are the tasti range safe?
